When you visit the site
Our application does not store IP addresses and uses no cookies. Our host, Railway, keeps technical request data such as the IP address and time in its logs for 7 days. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, which protects the site from attacks.
Text you paste on Send texts is checked in your browser. It does not reach us until you send it.
Legal basis: legitimate interest, meaning running and securing the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
When you send texts
Sending does not work yet. It opens with the first release of the add-on and will work like this. We will keep only what translation needs:

An export contains no character names, realms or accounts. It contains your character's class, race and sex, because some quest texts depend on them.
Your notes may become part of the translation, which we share under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Legal basis: legitimate interest, meaning translating the game for the players' community (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep data
- Raw submitted text: 30 days after processing, 90 days after sending at the latest.
- Contact: 12 months at the latest.
- Dates and checksums of parts: longer, to recognise repeats. They contain no text.
- Texts accepted for translation: permanently, without nickname or contact, in a private collection for translation.
- Server logs: 7 days.
Who else sees data
- Railway Corporation (USA): the site's server in the EU West region, Amsterdam.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): protection and speed for the site.
We never sell data or pass it on for other purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. You can restrict its use or object to it. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Poland that is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
The simplest way: write to us with the receipt code from your submission.
Cookies
None. The site stores nothing in your browser.
Changes
When something changes, we change the version date at the top of this page.
