The add-on
What is Forever Translated?
It is a free add-on for World of Warcraft: Forever. It shows quest translations in its own panel, next to the game window. Polish is the first language.
The game stays in English. The add-on replaces nothing in it.
Is it free?
Yes, always. No ads and no requests for money.
Can the add-on get me banned?
Interface add-ons are allowed in WoW, and this one only shows text. It never clicks or automates anything for you.
We follow Blizzard's rules for add-ons: the code is readable, the add-on is free and has no ads.
Does it change the text in the game?
No. The game's windows and texts stay as they are. You read the translation in a separate panel.
Installing
How do I install it?
Download the zip file, unpack it into Interface\AddOns and start the game.
Where can I download it?
On CurseForge and Wago. We plan to release it there before the game launches on 4 November 2026.
It stopped working after an update. What now?
Restart the game fully. /reload alone does not load new files.
Also check that “Load out of date AddOns” is ticked in the add-on list.
How do I uninstall it?
Close the game and delete the three ForeverTranslations folders from Interface\AddOns.
The translation
Why do some names stay in English?
Character and place names stay in English, so they are easy to find in the game, on the map and in guides.
Items and creatures are translated. Hover them to see the English name.
What if a quest has no translation?
The panel says so and the add-on keeps the English text, which you can send to us.
How do I report a mistake in a translation?
Click “!” in the panel or type /wfp flag and describe the problem. The note travels with your export.
Data and privacy
What does the add-on store on my computer?
English quest and dialogue texts we do not have yet, and your notes on translations.
Also the days they were seen, the quest's level and zone, and your character's class, race and sex. Never names, realms, accounts or chat.
Does the add-on go online?
No. It never sends anything by itself. You copy an export by hand when you want to.
Sending texts
How do I send texts from the game?
Type /wfp export in the game, copy the text and paste it on Send texts. Sending opens with the first release of the add-on.
What happens to the texts I send?
They are used only for translation. We never publish them.
Raw text is deleted 30 days after processing, 90 days at the latest.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
